Anya Taylor-Joy, Malcolm McRae make first public appearance as married couple at Grammys 2024 viewing party

Anya Taylor-Joy and Malcolm McRae made their first public appearance as a married couple.

The pair, who tied the knot in a star-studded wedding in Italy in October 2023, stepped out to the Jam for Janie Grammy Awards Viewing Party together on Sunday night.

The event, held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, saw “The Queen’s Gambit” actress rock a red leather outfit consisting of a mini skirt and a constructed biker jacket of the same hue.

She teamed up her look with a pair of black knee-high boots, a black handbag, and a black turtleneck.

Taylor-Joy, 27, rounded off her ensemble with a pop of red lipstick.

Her husband, for his part, rocked a loose brown suit atop a half-buttoned-up shirt.

McRae, 29, let his brown locks flow for the occasion.

At the viewing party, which was hosted by Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, the Golden Globe winner was spotted taking a photo with actor Billy Zane.

Taylor-Joy and McRae said “I do” for the second time during a gorgeous wedding in Venice in early October 2023.

The pair — who had a courthouse wedding in 2022 — were joined by over 150 of their closest friends, including stars Cara Delevingne, Julia Garner, Nicolas Hoult, and Miles Teller, as well as family to finally celebrate their nuptials.

The couple reportedly got married at the historic Palazzo Pisani Moretta, a 15th-century palace, on the Grand Canal.

Rather than a typical white wedding dress, Taylor-Joy opted for a beige ballgown with colorful embroidered birds and flowers across the corset-like bodice and full skirt.

Yet the “Peaky Blinders” star, who wore her blond tresses half up, kept some tradition by completing her look with a stark white veil.

According to our sources, the duo got married in an intimate courthouse wedding in the US before the Netflix star had to fly to Australia for a project.

The news came one month after the pair sparked engagement rumors when the “Last Night in Soho” star was photographed wearing a ring on that finger.
