Keeping up with Kourtney Kardashian’s kids.
The reality star honored all of her and Travis Barker’s children with a simple silver necklace while ringing in her 45th birthday at IHOP.
The Poosh creator’s accessory — which could have been a birthday present — featured the initials of each of her family members, as well as a “K” and a “T” for herself and her husband.
Kardashian is the mother of son Mason, 14, daughter Penelope, 11, and son Reign, 9 — whom she shares with her ex Scott Disick — as well as son Rocky, 5 months, with Barker.
As for the Blink-182 rocker, he welcomed son Landon, 20, and daughter Alabama, 18, while married to Shanna Moakler.
The drummer, 48, is also a father figure to his ex-wife’s 25-year-old daughter Atiana, whose dad is Oscar De La Hoya.
Kardashian’s jewelry, which paid tribute to all seven kids, could be seen in footage from the Hulu personality’s celebratory meal at the pancake house Wednesday.
She paired the necklace with a skeleton onesie as her friends were instructed to wear “all f–king black” to the event.
Kardashian completed the look with a silver birthday crown while blowing out candles on her cake.
Loved ones attending her “birthday breakfast,” including sister Kim Kardashian, drank from special “KOURT x IHOP” mugs.
While the bling may be a new addition, the reality star has plenty of necklaces that keep all of her children and her husband close, including a “Mrs. Barker” bobble, a “Rocky” nameplate, Travis’ initials and one combining the initials of Mason, Penelope and Reign.
Are you keeping up? More on the Kardashians:
While Kourtney’s kids seemingly did not attend the party, she and Barker recently returned from a tropical trip with the little ones.
“45 trips around the sun ☀️,” she captioned vacation snaps via Instagram Tuesday.
In the social media upload, Kourtney posed in a vintage Dior bikini, swam and watched fireworks with Rocky.
Before the getaway, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” celebrated her birthday with multiple cakes rounded up in an epic slideshow.
In a post of his own, Barker called his wife his “soulmate and best friend forever.”
