Tori Spelling is making quite the statement in her first Instagram post of 2024.
The actress flashed her middle finger to the camera as she took to Instagram Wednesday to share several snaps of herself posing in a bold T-shirt that read: “Everything is great when you don’t give a s—t.”
Spelling paired the attention-grabbing tee with loose-fitting jeans and white-and-silver Nike sneakers.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum, 50, also had her long blonde extensions styled into two low pigtails for the parking lot photo shoot.
“no caption needed,” she wrote alongside the post, which was seemingly a statement on her current mindset.
Spelling’s Instagram PSA comes after she experienced a tumultuous 2023.

In May, she and her five children were forced to evacuate their Los Angeles rental home over a mold problem that she said was “slowly killing” her family.
Afterward, Spelling and her brood — including sons Liam, 16, Fin, 11, and Beau, 6, and daughters Stella, 15, and Hattie, 12 — relocated multiple times amid reports of the former reality star’s financial woes.
After being spotted staying at a cheap motel in July, they moved into an RV in August and eventually into an $18K-a-month rental in October.
But they moved once again that same month after a neighbor with an AR-15 barricaded himself into a nearby home with a reported hostage.
Furthermore, Spelling’s marriage to Dean McDermott — which was rumored to be crumbling for years — fell apart.
In June, the former “Chopped Canada” host, 57, announced that he and the “Stori Telling” author were officially separating after 17 years of marriage.
Although he quickly deleted the post, he later recalled the terrifying drug and alcohol-fueled night he decided to post the breakup message during a November interview with the Daily Mail.
He also revealed he tried to end his life at the time.
“It was the night that I raged against her and the children and I saw the light, the final flicker of the flame go out in her eyes,” he said.
“I posted that because I was at the end of my rope. I didn’t know what to do. I had burned everything down yet again.”
Although Spelling has not addressed the split publicly, she was photographed kissing a mystery man in November.
